Toni Neary – Physiotherapist

Toni Neary

Having suffered chronic migraines, tennis elbow and vertigo throughout my youth, the choice to pursue a career in physiotherapy was not difficult. By overcoming these personal challenges and searching for answers I found that physio was more than a treatment and was a full circle in improving my health.

I am passionate in helping my clients through their individual rehabilitation journeys and I get great satisfaction from seeing the improvements in my clients and in their quality of life following treatment.

My treatments are built around education and in easy to understand language to allow clients to self rehabilitate, understand healing and set them up for a lifetime of physical health.

I have a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Bachelors of Exercise and Sports Science from the Australian Catholic University. I have completed my certificate in Dry Needling Masterclass and as a result I have gained amazing results with the addition of dry needling. I have also attended an APA course of Running Rehab: Running Retraining, Exercise and Performance.

I have worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor, a massage therapist and worked as both a physio and trainer to a variety of representative sports teams.

Outside of Physiotherapy I enjoy travelling, muay thai, weight training with a strong interest in sports performance nutrition.

Robert Ong – Physiotherapist

Rob Ong Rozelle Physio
Robert Ong Physiotherapist

Rob graduated with first class honours from the University of Sydney. As a student, he spent most of his free time working with the Balmain Tigers AFL team. Since graduating, he has spent time at Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital before following his passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy into private practice.

Due to his own personal experiences with long-term neck and back pain, Rob has a passion for helping individuals with chronic and persistent pain conditions. Robert understands the burden and disability that can arise from such conditions, which has led him to his training in clinical pilates for the management of persistent pain. His history as a competitive tennis player and rock climber has also provided him the experience to create pilates programs for athletes as well.

Rob focuses mostly on rock climbing as his main sport, and has a keen interest in the treatment and management of rock climbing and hand/wrist injuries. He also enjoys working with children and teenagers as it allows him to let his inner child out.

Rob also enjoys various forms of exercise, ranging from yoga and pilates to rock climbing and even weight lifting.

When he’s not working, you can normally find Rob rock climbing or buying plants (another little obsession of his).
