Rehab Pilates vs General Studio Pilates
We offer two types of Reformer Pilates classes, depending on your needs and goals.
Rehab Pilates (physio-led)
Rehab Pilates is ideal if you:
- Are recovering from an injury or surgery
- Have ongoing pain or a medical condition
- Need a more individualised, clinical approach
- Have been advised by your physiotherapist to do pilates as part of your rehab
These classes are run by qualified physiotherapists who have extensive training in injury management, biomechanics, and rehabilitation. Their expertise allows them to guide your through exercises specifically designed for your body’s needs, ensuring proper technique and reducing risk of injury.
These classes are highly personalised. Before commencing the classes, a physiotherapy assessment is required. Your individual exercise plan is modified to accommodate specific injuries, conditions, or post-surgical rehab, providing a targeted approach to help you recover and improve your mobility, strength, and flexibility in a safe and controlled environment.
Rehab Pilates is eligible for private health insurance rebates (depending on your level of cover)

General Pilates (instructor-led)
General Pilates is best suited if you:
- Are generally active and injury free
- Want to build strength, flexibility, and fitness
- Enjoy structured group classes in a boutique setting
- Are looking for ongoing movement and long-term wellbeing
General Pilates classes are led by our experienced and certified Pilates instructors who focus on improving overall fitness, strength, flexibility, and body awareness. While our instructors are highly skilled in Pilates, they do not have the same level of medical training or expertise as a physiotherapist.
These classes are not typically claimable through private health insurance.
General Pilates Packs:
- Intro Pack: 5 for $50 valid for 6 weeks
- 10 Class Pack: $250 valid for 6 months
- Individual Class: $28

Analise Gattellaro – Our dedicated Wednesday and Friday general pilates instructor!
Analise is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor who is passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves through movement. With over 6 years of personal Pilates practice and formal certification through Breathe Education, she brings a thoughtful, technique-focused approach to every class.
Having worked with a diverse range of clients, including beginners, pre- and post-natal individuals, and those recovering from injury, Analise is known for creating supportive, feel-good sessions that leave clients feeling strong, empowered, and more connected to their bodies. Her classes feature innovative layering techniques that progressively build intensity, ensuring that every session leaves you feeling like you’ve had a full, effective workout.

Daisy Kim – Our dedicated Saturday general pilates instructor!
Daisy is a Pilates instructor who enjoys guiding people through safe, mindful movement. She focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their bodies. Daisy aims to create a warm, supportive class environment where everyone can move with ease and enjoy the process.
